Extra! Extra! Read all about it! The prestigious 2012 James Beard Foundation Awards was today Monday, May 7th, 2012 in New York City. It is basically the who’s who for the culinary community, and Massachusetts made many appearances on the list of nominees. But even though there were plenty of semi finalists from Mass., only two Boston restaurants stood out from the rest and took home the gold.
