Better late then never! Here are my fave food photos from July!
First up, fourth of July fun!
I made up fruit and pound cake skewers to bring along to the BBQ the bf and I went to, and brought some whip cream too! Strawberry shortcake on a stick? Yes, please!
While I was shopping at Wholefood’s, the peeps at the pizza counter had made an awesome July 4th inspired pizza!
Here is the spread at the barbecue. Oh, how I love summer! Ugh, why is it almost over?!
A night out with some college friends, resulted in cocktail’s on the roofdeck of the Revere!
The bf and I took a nice drive up to Maine for the outlets and a super delic seafood lunch at Bob’s Clam Hut!
Another night, we hit up Kowloon, which I had never been. Eh- not that impressed.
What I was impressed by though was Mexico Lindo in Melrose, MA. Oh how I love pitchers of margarita’s and fajitas.
One of my bestie’s was in town visiting and she missed good old Bertucci’s, so we got an old favorite, Silano pizza!
She brought me a cool candy bar to enjoy – Marvellous Creations!
Now let’s get to some yummy food at home! Eggs and cheese baked in tomatoes with chives ended up an awesome and easy breakfast.
One of my favorite summer combo’s = fresh fruit and cottage cheese!
The bf cooked us up some spice rubbed steaks, beans from the garden, and cous cous for din din one night!
I made up a new taco for myself! Buffalo chicken with ranch and celery! So good!
Holy turkey wrap! Biggest and best club wrap around, brought home from Going Banana’s in Boston!
And last but not least, July in the North End isn’t the same without a trip to one of the feasts, where the grills are filled with meat on a stick!
Happy Saturday and Labor Day weekend all!

squares. raspberry or peanut butter squares. very easy to make and wonderful tasting. does require baking but it does not have to be microwaved just baked to make it. and refridgerated over night. but it can stand out of the fridge for a few hours if you just wrap it up. and the best thing is..its healthy and good for you. if you want you can email me and i will give you the recipe for it. and trust me it is very quick and easy to make. and it is so easy that you will remember how to make it forever. they work as bars. so along side a sandwhich its great!.
