May went by in a blink of an eye! I haven’t done my eats from the week since a month ago! So I am going to break it up and show you a few fun food pics but not all of them at one time!
Have you ever made salsa in a blender? Yup, it happened over here. It would have been a lot better if I had cilantro or jalapeno but it was tasty and fresh none the less!
I am officially hooked on coffee these days! Right around the corner from me at My Cousin’s Place, I realized there are a million flavors of iced coffee to pick from! I had Blueberry Cobbler and my old favorite: a sesame bagel toasted with light cream cheese and tomato slices. So good!
The bf and I have spending a ton of time gardening at his place lately. We took a break from the heat and ordered some delivery from Dipietros in Malden, MA. Check out this Chef’s Salad! It was more than one meal for me so I was psyched!
I have been slacking on grocery shopping. But I always have wheat pasta and tomato sauce on hand and my two favorite veggies: cucumbers and tomatoes.
Take out has been the name of the game since I have been extremely busy working. I got a salad with one BBQ chicken cutlet on top from Golden Goose. I also picked up a Caesar wrap another day, which was tasty and hit the spot to have a cold wrap on a hot day!
I also ate more salad with a few buffalo wings from Monicas.
The biggest subs in the entire city come from Dino’s in the North End. I got the Dino Special and got rid of most of the roll! It is: Special thinly sliced capicola, fresh mozzarella, plum tomatoes, fresh basil, extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and ground pepper.
And one last sandwich I want to share in this batch of my eats is this Pauli’s wrap called the California Wrap. Its grilled chicken, fresh avocado, mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumber and chipotle mayo! As you can see salads and sandwiches have been my craving lately while I try to get back on track and dig my way through my work! Have a good night!
