Muddled lime

Fresh lemon juice
Soda water
METHOD
Combine cut limes and sugar in glass.
Mash with a wooden spoon until the lime juice and the sugar start to dissolve.
Add cachaca, lemon juice and soda water. Mix well and add crushed ice.
