I haven’t done a “#WIAW food pic share in awhile! I finally did a few pics yesterday! Here is a peek at my day, in food photos.
Breakfast:
The salsa verde at Wholefoods is one of my favorites lately! Two eggs and bacon with some salsa for dipping was a great way to start the day, alongside an iced coffee from the Keurig of course!
Lunch:
A few ounces of chopped chicken with lots of veggies and some Ken’s Greek dressing drizzled on it! I am on a health kick and it really did hit the spot.
Snack:
Before doing a work-out DVD, I had a 100 calorie pack of almonds….Isn’t it crazy how many nuts actually equal 100 calories 🙂
And I love a good sliced apple. Speaking of apples, I can’t believe apple picking season is here! We might go within the next week or so!
Dinner:
The husband was in charge of dinner (as usual) and made green beans, roasted pork tenderloin, and the best. zucchini. ever. (similar recipe here).
I surprisingly did not get a sweet tooth at all last night, so no dessert for me!
