I told you I am doing the Beachbody T25 videos and drinking Shakeology recently to get fit for the wedding, and I wanted to share a few combos I am loving lately. I think any one of these would make a great smoothie not just using the Shakeology powder but with any brand of protein shake mix or your own fresh ingredients like yogurt, cocoa powder, fruit, nuts, milk, etc!
1. Chocolate Minty
1 serving Chocolate Shakeology
1 cup water
1/8 tsp. mint extract
Use a blender and add ice and enjoy!
2. Strawberry Watermelon Surprise
½ cup water
½ cup diced watermelon
1 scoop Strawberry Shakeology
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
1 cup ice
Place water, watermelon, Shakeology, mint, and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
3. Vanilla Berry Delight
1 serving of Vanilla Shakeology
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 cup unsweetened rice milk
Blend with ice and serve. Feel free to use any kind of milk or milk substitute (almond, rice or coconut milk)—the more milk, the creamier it gets!
4. Chocolate Banana Nutter
1 serving Chocolate Shakeology
1 cup water
1 medium banana
1 Tbsp. all-natural peanut butter
For the best taste experience, use a blender and add ice. The more ice, the thicker it gets.
5. Greek Strawberry-Banana
1 serving Strawberry Shakeology
1 cup water
½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
½ medium banana, cut into chunks
Use a blender and add ice. The more ice, the thicker it gets. Use any kind of milk or milk substitute (almond, rice, or coconut milk)—the more milk, the creamier it gets!

I love arugula and cucumber in my berry smoothies lately! Makes them taste so nice and fresh! But I must try some mint too, per your suggestion!

It’s so good to see that Shakequille O’Neal created a life for himself after basketball.
Your a big fan of his products I see. I luv shakes but use protein powder I get at Whole Foods and mix it with frozen bananas and peanut butter…yup, you heard right, peanut butter is my secret ingredient.
It’s delish….where do you find Shakeille O’Neal ‘s Shake mix?
Speaking of Shakes, ever been to Shake Shack? It really isn’t a shake place it is a burger place- I think it’s weird they call it Shake Shack. But their frozen custard shake is realky good.

Shaq has nothing to do with Shakeology – it is a brand called BeachBody that makes it ! https://www.beachbody.com/
Yes I have been to Shake Shack – they do have milkshakes, root beer floats, and even ice cream cones and ice cream cups – but also really good burgers and fries !

My favorite smoothie is my homeade one, I use frozen fruit instead of ice and load in the spinach 🙂

My all time favorite shakeology is the regular chocolate with 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 Tbsp of PB2, half frozen banana, and 1 cup of water, blended with about 8 ice cubes to a nice smoothie consistency. Tastes like peanut butter cup, but contains over 70 whole food natural ingredients. A guilty pleasure without the guilt. Three years my daily breakfast, I can’t imagine my life without shakeology!!!

Remind me to buy PB 2 !!!
