Bruegger’s Bagels is launching its new “Behind the Taste” campaign, a video series that celebrates traditional bakeries and the restaurant’s commitment to the true process of bringing fresh ingredients from the farm, field and ocean to its bakeries. Check out these videos: the campaign launch video and the first vignette, showing how Bruegger’s keeps tradition alive with its New York-style bagels.

Great video’s…. We love Bruegger’s, the bagels are great, quite a selection. The most important reason we go is for the employees. They know what we want before we walk in the door, and always are ready to catch up on what is going on with the family. Don’t get that service much these days. Every bakery we go in, has the same wonderful service.
I love freshly baked goods, how I miss those days when we have to wait in line for the baked goodies.

I like the comparison of the old ways of making bagels and the new modern Bruegger’s.
I like the old style footage they showed to emphasize how they are staying true to the original recipes. I didn’t know bagels were baked. I thought they were fried like doughnuts.

Brueggers is another faceless chain that helped kill real bakeries.
They define mediocrity.
Sorry you feel that way !
Behind The Taste gives some unique insight!

Bagels are fattening and a true source of wasted calories. ..
Brueggers at least has other options – veggie soups, sandwiches on wheat bread, and salads too !
Interesting to see the beginnings in New York of the Bruegger’s Cagel Co. Tradition you can taste!

I liked the second video much more than the first; it had some actual content as opposed to just advertising.
I thought that the video was interesting

I love Brueggers – the closest one to me is about 30 miles away, but I almost always stop for a dozen when I make a Costco run. (and don’t tell, but I also almost always get an extra to eat on the way home!)

I like that you can see the bakers working at Buegger’s. The first video with the historical bagel bakers was pretty cool
