Eat and Sip in the City

My eats from June: part deux

Slowly but surely I am catching up on sharing all my food pics from this summer. As a follow up to My eats from June: part un, check out the rest of the month’s eats!

One of my new favorite snacks is plain or vanilla Greek yogurt sprinkled with granola with a dollop of peanut butter and cut up apple! So many textures and SO much flavor. Plus it’s healthy and filling.

I posted my ways to use up garden fresh tomatoes the other day. I really enjoyed this roasted tomatoes recipe!

I swapped out mayo for hummus and made up some deviled eggs for a snack at home and it was delic.

Summer for me is all about the salads! I had some pita, Tzatziki, and a really yummy Greek salad.

After a day of gardening, the bf treated his family and I to lunch on the grill!

I really enjoy the Sterling’s Fizz in Boston. It’s Hendricks gin, st. germain, simple syrup, mint, fresh lime, and a splash soda! Perfect for sipping this summer!

Another meal out was had at Burger Dive in Somerville. I got the Jacks BBQ burger, which as you can see was quite messy!

On a healthier note, the bf and I got lettuce wraps at Vito’s per the usual.

And we got Asian Taste soups another night.

For take-out, a caprese salad from J. Pace’s, Chicken Caesar from Dino’s, and sushi from the North End fish market were quick and easy  meals for me to pick up throughout the month. And for dessert, a soft peanut butter Hershey kiss cookie from Lulu’s!
