Here are my worthwhile reads from the web from last week 3/11:
Apparently I am totally behind on the latest food trends! “Gnudi is the new gnocchi,” according to Just Add Cheese. And she even includes a recipe for Fried Ricotta Gnudi with Spinach and Pancetta.
On Can you Stay for Dinner, Chicken with Garlic Balsamic Tomatoes is my kind of meal. Easy and flavorful, with a small grocery list!
Another recipe that caught my eye is this Flank Steak with Gorgonzola cheese sauce on Cooking with Diabetes! Yum!
Wowza. Mushrooms and cheesy goodness in this recipe for 15 minute mushroom melts with mustard aioli from How Sweet Eats.
Yay for a new to me recipe for Meatless Monday! This totally reminds me of one of the snacks I was given when I was doing the Fresh Diet! Check out Skinny Kitchen’s recipe for Skinny Baked Vegetarian Egg Rolls with Peanut Sauce!
11 Healthy Milk Shakes and Smoothies on the Health website look like a refreshing treat for the springtime.
The Top 50 Hottest Trainers in America might be just what I need to get my butt into the gym more often! Plus they also posted 16 Fitness Experts Who Used to Be Fat – How these trainers transformed their bodies and their lives—and how you can too!
I have so much respect for Rachel who wrote: I’m an Everygirl and… I suffer from anxiety. One thing you do not know about me (unless you are my close friend reading right now of course!) is that I too have gone through many of the symptoms she has faced and it is such a relief to hear others stories and not feel alone!
