New recipe time! Since I had so much fruit leftover from my DIY edible arrangement and fruit skewers from Valentine’s Day with the bf, I came up with this recipe!
Fresh strawberries, blueberries, and milk get mixed up with Greek yogurt, for a creamy, filling, healthy, and delicious drink!
Ingredients:
1 non-fat Chobani blueberry Greek yogurt
1 cup fresh, chilled blueberries (washed and stems removed)
1 cup fresh, chilled, halved strawberries (washed and stems removed)
1 cup skim, fat free milk
2 large ice cubes
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a blender, pour, and drink immediately!
Jazz it up with extra fruit for a garnish and sip through your favorite straw.
Keep in mind, you can add a drop more milk or even water for a lighter texture but I kept it nice and thick. You can get either two small cups out of the batch or one super sized smoothie. Also feel free to switch to plain Greek yogurt or to use frozen fruit. Enjoy!
