On my worthwhile reads from the web this week from the other day, I mentioned the event I had for work and all the pictures I took. It was a networking event for HR professionals held at the Boston Public Library with food provided by The Catered Affair. I had two jobs for the night which were to take as many photos as I could and to check in the guests and help them find their name tags.
I got so many pictures of people chatting it up but I will spare you those and show you the good stuff…
Like the food, drinks, and the architecture!
There were a few hors d’oeuvre’s going around which included:
Asparagus and Goat Cheese Tartlets
Crispy Caesar Cup
Chicken Saltimbocca with Prosciutto, Red Wine and Roasted Tomato Dip
Beef Tenderloin Crostini with Artichokes, Arugula, Pesto and Shaved Asiago
Then there was an Artisan Cheese Display featuring a selection of International and Domestic Cheeses, Nuts, Fresh and Dried Fruits, with Crackers and Sliced Baguette.
To end the night, premium strawberries, which were hand-dipped in dark and white chocolate, were provided to guests.
The event flew by and I took advantage of the open bar by getting the obvious choice for me. A few wine spritzers of course!
All and all a great party. The staff is very accommodating, the space is flawless, and the food was great. Such a nice place to host or attend a party.
