With two babies and jobs taking up our time, we have to get creative with our dinners and be mindful about what we are eating. I was excited to be introduced to Nasoya’s line of easy to prepare, healthy products! We received Vegan Dumplings, which are available in two flavors – Tofu Vegetable and Thai Basil Vegetable, to try.
Nasoya is the nation’s leading brand of tofu. Their Vegan Dumplings are USDA Certified Organic and contain 6-7 grams of plant-protein per serving. According to Nielsen, 39% of Americans reported trying to eat more plant-based foods in 2018, and Nasoya has plenty of offerings for people to incorporate into their diet.
The dumplings we sampled are made with tofu and assorted vegetables and can be prepared as a snack, appetizer, or meal in minutes. And guess what? Nasoya have been kind of enough to share a coupon with you! Plus, here is an easy, original sauce you can enjoy with the dumplings! It’s a warm, sweet, soy sauce based sauce with a kick of heat, whipped together as an appetizer, by the husband.
