For an easy dinner, I like Iowa Girl Eats Southwestern Chicken Rice Skillet recipe.
And for a side dish to a simple chicken dinner, how good would Hot Cheesy Spinach Au Gratin be from Ranting Chef: Maggie Monday!
You all know I have a sweet tooth, so these Blizzard Bars from Cookies and Cups made me giddy.
Also I am curious about these Baked Churros from Sprinkle Bakes. I don’t really have the piping bag situation for these but I am going to remember this for the future for sure.
Another recipe I do have all the necessary tools and ingredients for though is these Frozen Peanut Butter Chocolate Covered Banana Bites. They sound so delic!
Next time I have over ripened bananas, I wouldn’t mind switching up my usual loaf or quick bread for this Banana Cake with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting.
